Mr. Alinda is an IT Specialist that has been at helm of the IT department at various corporations and NGOs. His most recent contribution is at Marie Stopes International Uganda where he spearheaded the management information systems (MIS) transformation for the last 12 years. He has managed the information technology system including computer systems, corporate data and internal networks, building, managing and monitoring all company IT systems, troubleshooting errors, and updating and upgrading hardware and software.
Mr. Alinda Holds a Master’s degree in Management Information Systems from International School of Business and Technology (ISBAT). He holds other certifications in various fields including CCNA, Cyber security, Sophos certified Administrator, Microsoft certified Administrator, SharePoint Certified Administrator, etc. He also holds a bachelor’s degree in business computing and information technology among other qualifications.

A multi skilled Accountant amassed with over 12 years of experience working in financial management, accounting, value for money analysis and audit in both corporate and NGO sector with a focus on supporting human rights approach to development and governance programmes.
He led and supported grants management, budget preparation, financial reporting, procurement and administration, partner capacity building, internal and external audit processes in ActionAid International Uganda, BIZ & CO. Certified Public Accountants and Acholi Inn Hotel.
Mr. Aloro holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting and finance from Kyambogo University and a member of Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Uganda (ICPAU) among other qualifications.

Supply Chain management Professional with 12+ years of experience managing Procurement, Logistics, land transportation and fleet operations across humanitarian, health, and corporate environments in Africa. Proven expertise in end-to-end transport execution including dispatch control, routing and fleet utilization, vehicle inspections, preventive maintenance, safety and compliance, and transport data reporting with strong focus on cost discipline and service reliability.
Skilled in improving fleet availability and operational visibility through vehicle audits, regulatory compliance assurance (registrations, insurance, roadworthiness), and implementation of GPS/telematics to enhance real-time tracking and ETA accuracy. Experienced in leading teams and coordinating multi-stakeholder operations, including supervision of 50+ drivers and fleet technicians, and delivering measurable improvements in on-time delivery, reduced downtime, and improved route efficiency.
Currently Supply Chain Manager at Vision Logistics (Jan 2026–Present), with prior experience as Administrative Associate at the UN Joint Programme on HIV/AIDS and Fleet Management Assistant at the World Health Organization (WHO). Previously served as Regional Logistics Officer at Medical Teams International and Procurement and Logistics Assistant at Umeme Limited.

Holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Makerere University Business School and a Certificate in the East African Customs Freight and Forwarding Practicing Course (EACFFPC) from the Uganda Revenue Authority.
Demonstrates extensive experience in overseeing customs clearance operations, ensuring full compliance with customs regulations, and managing the accurate and timely processing of import and export documentation. Proven ability to coordinate effectively with customs authorities, logistics partners, and clients to facilitate efficient cargo movement while minimizing delays and regulatory risks.
A strong leader with excellent communication and organizational skills, experienced in supervising and mentoring teams to achieve operational excellence. Skilled in tariff classification, duty calculation, resolving complex clearance issues, and implementing standard operating procedures that enhance compliance and efficiency.
